Also during calls I can't access data ... instead with my S21FE I can... ( I see during calls the network downgrades to 2G )

I just got Magic OS 8. I still don't get how does the magic capsule work with the cut out in Honor Magic 5 Pro.
I haven't seen it in action. Can anyone explain?

Updated to MagicOS 8 few days back and instantly regret it.
I cannot use Nova Launcher anymore. The "recent apps" doesn't work. Both 3-button navigation and gesture navigation doesn't work. Stuck with the stock launcher which is not very customizable.
This also applies to other Honor devices with MagicOS 8. MagicOS 7 was fine.

I updated my phone to Android 14 magic ui 8 2 days ago, if you find the update is not available via traditional system update option, try doing system update via the my honor app, it wasnt showing as available outside of that, there's even a reddit post about it
