@Johnsymple: I did and it is easy to do that. The only thing I hate is that you need a custom kernel to control/overclock this CPU.

I have this phone 8 months.For this price,this is good phone,but they have only 30-40 MB free of 200 MB RAM.Because that i root phone and install custom ROM.

This rom is maybe the best for alcatel ot 991 .
There is no applications like google maps and other who using a lot of RAM.With this rom,you will always have 50-70 MB free RAM,and i play a lot of games,which i can't without this ROM.

Yap... the only problem of this phone is internal memory(i own it) ...but you can root it, so you can save every aplications on sd-card. it's a little bit risky, but the avantages are more!

The problem is in only 150 MB of internal memory, everything you try to install goes there, no matter how big your SD card is.
