Because no-one else doesnt care about those ratings than apple haters, they are almost the only one who rate these apple devices everytime, its very pathetic actually.
Theres total hits 713519 yet theres only 166 votes, and those same votes have been there since launch.

I suggest if there is phone feature in ipad mini n air it will be good it is small an can carry any where and can phn through airphones .i think then the product will sell more

So basically a massive insecurity psychological problem with a big majority of Android users like kids who feel the need to insult someone and his/her toys just to feel that his/her toys are better.

This tablet is awesome, coming from a long time Android user. It's quick and just makes sense to use. Sometimes I will try to do something little like print, and it's so easy... On android it was like pulling teeth. Most often I wonder where the power is coming from, dual core with motion co-processor doesn't sound like much.. But it is. Another thing is that I thought I would miss swipe of android, but the touch sensitivity is awesome! Don't see why the ratings are this low??

Although i'm using an ipad mini now, I am planning to get the ipad air 32gb or 64gb probably this month. I've read alot about the new ad ons and specs from the other sites and blogs and just to seal the deal, I told myself to check the reviews from GSM Arena. What I got here is more like the world war of IOS vs Android. Now don't get wrong, I am not bias with the IOS system and I do own an Android phone and a family member owns a samsung tablet, but man, Apple products is way above better and an excellent product over the best Android system out there. No comparison, period!

you people talking about how apple should allow micro sd expansion, stating that its so straight forward and Apple only doesnt include it for profit purposes (btw, I agree that Apple make a killing on storage upgrades), I would suggest that this isnt the main reason. All you have to do is look at android and the mess that is memory card support. Some things can go on the sd, some things cant. Oh I will only buy a small storage device and get a sd card later if I need one, oh wait no, I cant install apps to my SD card and now I have insufficient storage.
Bottom line, Apple hate complexity for the user, they just want things to work, an SD card could be used to store ALL data on, it would not expand your storage, its a different pool of storage only used for certain things.
Not the answer. Here's to hoping Apple will at some point lower storage increase prices

Who told you Ipads dont have what you call : "call feature". That has existed since the first gen Ipad.

iPad have no call feature, so apple people have to buy iPhone. iPhone have flash light. All the iDevices you see each serve their single niche purpose,this is just looting people,s money. very poor marketing.

All iDevices you see each serve their single niche purpose, they NEVER overlap, and they compliment each other.. there is no "universal" do it all device, not because they can't but they can max profit and provide clear cut solutions.
iOS all apps are sandbox, they do not have a shared file manager or browser. So having expansion means nothing.
When using iProducts, you do not need to think. They already think it for you, just follow what they designed it, if no.. forget it or don't buy.
If you go against the flow in apple products, like trying to use it like your old XP PC.. or old ways of bluetooth connect, you will only get annoyed.
