It's overpriced, mightnot beat the specs other have to offer but IOS apps and games makesup against all ICS and gingerbread babies.

Apple created Ios, all the other parts of the iPhone manufactured by the other companies. Example Its A4 chip made by SAMSUNG. So don't compare it's hardware with other companies.

And did I say that I know more than the US patent office? I am just quoting from a source. The patent that you are talking about was granted 2009 that I do not even meant to talk about. What I discussed was how Apple copied LG Prada's physical design that was revealed in 2006 (before the very first Iphone came out).
