This phone is superb! This is arguably the BEST smartphone in the market today! The only bad thing about this phone is the price. VERY EXPENSIVE! That's why many others say it's not worth it.

Apple is rightfully defending core technology and user interface that has been copied by others.
Apple has revolutionised cellphones and others are all copying , small technologic improvements like the Motorola patents can and have to be licensed under fare pricing conditions and you will see that they will soon settle the issue.
You need to know the industry details before posting personal sentiments about Apple.
Without apple innovation cellphones would look very different today.

There's so much more to mention if you speak about copying and the way it evolves. Iphone uses 3G network in which it had taken from Motorola. It had also used Nokia patents and etc... Apple even dictates ridiculously how other phones should be made. They must be so scared of their competitors in thinking that they might outperform them. They sue their competitors in court purposely to get rid of them and monopolize the business. This is not a healthy competition and should be called greed. You must be blind if you are not aware of all this things happening around.

That sai... moreI did not say that 3G is obsolete. It is still in use but becoming an old technology and now being replaced by faster networks. As I said, technology evolves rapidly that in just a matter of less than a year new technologies are introduced and used in just a short time. If Iphone is a supreme device, how come it opted to use an old technology and allow itself to be mocked and left out by what you guys call plastic copies? How could 3G be more supreme than 4G or LTE? This is the reason why a lot of people frowned and disappointed when the 4S came out the first time that even the apple stock fell down.
And speaking of copying, it is a normal process of evolution that everybody copy from one another. Steve Jobs may have conceived the design and UI of most phones these days. Other companies may have acquaired his concept but it was further developed. Car manufacturers copy and develop ideas taken from other manufacturers and so much moy

Can any body tell I can send and receive files such as ringtones, photos, video...etc from iphone 4S to any mobile (iphone or any other kind) by bluetooth?
Is there an application enabling iphone 4S to send and receive files to any device?

That said 3G in NOT obsolete, as far as Canada is concerned they certainly do not have LTE outside metropolitan areas.
Ask Nortel ( sorry they went bankrupt and disappeared )
Ericsson knows how to make networks and having proudly worked with them for over ten years in a senior position I could lecture you for days about GSM and 3G and LTE, ( long term evolution)
Iphone today is by far the best terminal out there, others are copies for the lower class customers.

Here in Canada network operators had switched to 4G and LTE. Only lower end phones uses 3G. Iphone is not even considered a superphone here. So your beloved Iphone is left behind in terms of technological advances.

Galaxy s2 is a crappy and a buggy piece of hardware. Which is not even half as good as the iPhone.

Also, it integrates iCal, SMS, and different apps, while pursuing one task. Example here, receiving an SMS, then checking iCal, then changing appointment time, then replying to the SMS, without having to use direct commands, example in the demo below from the launch keynote:
