Anonymous, 26 Oct 2011Enjoy Korean drama boxed in plasticLol,the sad thing is that,that box of plastic u mentioned didnt shatter to pieces when dropped from a waist high,and the iphone 4s didnt even support flash player,better than nothing,not to say im an android fanboy,its just that im a little sad that even in this era of smartphone,the 4s couldnt even watch youtube in dekstop version,pity

hey everybody. Since its launch i am in love with this thing. I find siri, in particular to be very practicle application in hectic life. But as i read, its location based services are not active outside US, and as i hails from india does it really cut down utility here in india. Secondly, as a medical graduate i am told Apple app store is best but looking at options like SGS2 and recently announced moto RAZR are quite tempting. What should i do. Please guide me. Thanks ....

Its already available in the philippines range price is 49k. To much expensive gadget.

I was in love with the iphone 4s till there are a few things that disappoint me:
1) Small screen-it would be better if it was 4 inch
2) Browser does not support adobe flash player-couldn't watch korean drama online
3) Battery life is not good-i always need to lower down my brightness
4) Front facing camera is only vga quality
5) Build quality is only good in terms of cosmetics, not durability, go check on youtube, samsung galaxy s2 vs iphone 4s drop test
Those are the things, I'm not an apple fanboy or android fanboy, I'm just looking for a phone that satisfy my needs,I buy the best phone so I can use, not to compare

I was in love with this phone,but there are a few things that dissapoints me about this phone:
1) Small Screen-it would be better if it is slightly bigger,about 4 inch
2) Browser does not support adobe flash player-couldn't watch my korean drama.
3) Front facing camera is vga quality-compared to sgs2,its 2mp
4) Build quality-its quality is only because of cosmetics,not durability,go check on youtube,iphone 4s vs samsung galaxy s2 drop test
5) Poor battery,u gotta admit,the battery life sucks and i always have to low the brightness and worrying about the phone usage
Thats all i guess,i love the design,the camera,applications,i guess ill have to go with sgs2 1st,and wait for iphone 5,but at the same time,i wonder how sgs3 is? im not on any side,not a apple fanboy or android fanboys,just looking for a phone that satisfy my needs

In most reviews you will encounter on the iPhone 4S, you will all hear the same thing, that the iPhone 4S is one beautifully engineered device. Plus, with Apple's two year strategy on hardware, they have more time to make adjustments and improvements to the hardware (iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4S), as opposed to other manufacturers who introduce many models, and have a shorter shelf life.

Performance is hugely increased, with software set to be optimised very quickly, as iDevices are not fragmented. iCloud, Siri, Dual Core, 8MP with Consumer Reports saying it is one of the best cameras on a phone, AE/AF lock feature on video, amongst fastest shutter speed, Smart antenna technology for great signal quality.
Seriously a huge upgrade, disguised by the fact that externally it looks very similar to iPhone 4. That is why they sold 4 million units on the weekend launch alone. the os is a little bit upgraded,the camera has changed from a 5MP to a 8MP which is some what of an improvement but it is still disappointing that not much changes have been made to the external appearance as well as the handling.Look wise it is really difficult to distinguish the iphone 4 from the iphone 4s. Further more it is still some what of a disappointment that only it has been limited to 3G.all in all the display has been also given a little more of juice but due to extreme price there may not be any major buys until the prices come down. looks like even this time the first place will go to the coat effective android phones.

Apple is taking a very similar approach to Audi, going for more and more efficient solutions, yet improving performance.
Audi is going for smaller engines yet improving performance, and this is only achieved using superior engineering.

I can't even think how powerful iphone 4S is and how good looking things it's going to run.

without any doubt Iphone is the most amazing phone and ios is the best os ever introduced. the only bad thing is the restrictions and limitations made by apple make the users prevent from getting the full use of the device. that's not a mistake that apple has made but a marketing strategy otherwise there's nothing to complain abaout.

iOS is the best when it comes to managing resources .its a shame that android needs a 1GB + RAM and a 1 Ghz + dual processor to run flawlessly..!

Tyler, 25 Oct 2011It is a shame that iPhone still has not stepped up it's gam... morelol dude get ur facts straight. the galaxy s2 is NOT a 4g phone, it is an hspa+ or u would say fast 3g phone, at 21 mbps, and the iphone is at 14.4 mbps, so compared to most networks and the speed they provide it won't make much difference. if it was 4g trust me it would top 100 mbps. and also "still only 1ghz" dual core. may i remind u this thing overclocks to 1.5 ghz, and it also has been underclocked at start to preserve battery life. anyway, it obviously works faster than an android, cause my s2 lags compared to my dad's iphone 4 (not the 4s, the one and a half year old iphone 4) and i can say tht the operating system of ios is much better. as for ram, the iphone doesn't do true mutitasking like androids, so the extra ram is not needed. the only way the s2 is better, is its customizability, like live wallpapers and all, and screen, which is much more better compared to the iphone. so don't speak bullshit cause it's clear u won't hav used any of these phones. the galaxy s2 is awesome, but i think it's clear the iphone has a much superior os.
