Anonymous, 12 Apr 2014i forgot the password for my newly acquired phone, i cant o... moreHi! you need to reset the device. switch it off and plug it into a computer, long press home and lock buttons then remove the cable, it will then prompt you to reset. downside, all your files will be gone except if you have an iCloud account. Hope this helps. :)
