im using my 4th 9900 handset, camera vry bad, good for standard outdoor shoot, image stabilization & auto focus never works. when you capture a text document or a closup subject, it never clear the image, just shoot as it is, blurred pictures. i dont undustand why RIM not fix this issue. i have a bold 9780. perfect i love it, you know y im still using bb phones, bcos of the camera auto focus & contacts management system. unfortunately i was gifted a bold 9900 this time, early time my company gave me bold 9900. anyone try this camera failure.....

You have to contact first your service provider for tech support. If incase they are still unable to fix it, they will transfer you over to BlackBerry Tech support. You won't be charged for transfer as your service provider will be the one to pay for it as part of their mutual agreement.

If you don't rely 100 % on Wi-fi, this is a pretty awesome phone for regular stuff like FB & youtube

The camera does really well too and the battery lasts for a decent amount of time if you don't forget to close everything you don't need at the moment.

Got a used one in perfect shape at 85 (while it goes for 100-150 used and even 300-400 for a new one in stores) and I don't regret any moment of it

It's perfect for regular users

You'll need to download another browser (like opera, ...) to be able to use your mobile internet without a BB subscription, and enter the details of your provider manually.
