My camera application disappeared and when i tried download a camera it the screen was black on the front camera and back also if I try to play a game it restarts by itself can anyone help me

Sorry. Some specs is bad. This blu device have Android 4.4.2 as stock and was not updated to Lollipop.

how are the steps on the settings to change the apns on this phone?
I can see nothing on More Wireless & Networks this its grayedout!

I got dis phone early dis year and now its up with a problem
it doesn't seem to b working normal now if I turn it on it doesn't boot up instead it gets over heated and start smelling like its burning from inside out
why is it like dat I want a new one back
