To get this phone working properly as of 2018, there's a video on youtube you can look up called "How To Unlock "Jailbreak" And Sideload Apps - Any Windows Phone 7". If that doesn't work look up developer software for WP7.

I have been using dell venue pro since 2014, as of today October 30, 2016 i had an information that my phone no longer supports whatsApp and many other apps . In fact i find it very difficult to even reset the phone . Why? I cannot even connect to my laptop to transfer my information on the phone. What should i do?

I have one question if I buy this phone in UK from us seller as brand new and it says it's unlocked will it be unlocked in UK as well? If not how do I unlock it in UK?

If your Storage SD card is the problem the following link should fix you. But if it the onboard Rom aka Emmc then this will not fix you.

Pls my phone is complaining. When I put it on, it gives a message that my phones storage card is changed or damage. And that to fix this program I should change the card or set the phone to its original settings. I have remove the card but the phone is showing only emergency call and I can access the menu to go to setting and reset. Pls what should I do?

It's a nice phone but too many short of finesse,if u are a pre paid user y find it very very difficult to access short code to bundled internet or check data usage,also a options about windows phones our privacy has been invaded upon given users no right to protect their own pictures,u have no way back up on ur computer without going try their own software n to save on sky drive. Please Microsoft rethink about this n change that policy our data is our s not urs n must be protected since hackers do Microsoft some times for evil purposes,so please Microsoft respect our privacy. Please it's very difficult to waste of money to buy a phone to give u some Chang in use n finally finds out that ur old phone is better off when it comes to ur privacy, wise up Microsoft

Bing browser update automatically so it finish your balance,plz help how can we stop it to update automaticaly ????? ,overall nice phone but software zune is stupid
