Just a small Question. Will the phone's 3G work in India. Just curious, I want to import the phone but only if am sure as to whether or not it'll work with 3G services here in India. Phones like Nexus One and Nexus S work. Do let me know, will be very grateful. Thanks :)

Other than 4gb of on board memory (as opposed to 1.5gb) what's the difference between this phone and the Desire HD?

You don't... morenokia is for regular people, we, the owners of HTC, we are a little bit more special and we like good phones not mass production phones. There is market for everybody, so my friend buy Nokia, HTC or Iphone are not for your level.

If you have a T-Ford then why isnt the latest model Ferrari good enough for you? Try the HTC Desire Z and you will be convinced, but i suspect the issue is not really about the features, maybe the price is your only problem.

Try the Torch, (Blackberry 9800,) That has a Touch-Screen and a Keypad.
Probably not laid out as You want it...
Also try the HTC Desire Z.
I believe that this also has a Slide-Out Querty Keyboard, with a Touch-Screen.

aggz, 24 Jan 2011another super Expensive phone from HTC...iPhones are alot more expensive even a 3 gs is still more than a desire least these ones get more affordable much faster

this year require 1Gb RAM , 1.2 Ghz processor ,8-12 mp camera with 1080p at 24-30 fps video recording,21mbps HSDPA, ANDROID 2.3-2.4.MINIMUM FOR SUCCESS. htc is going through dissapointing audio ,camera ,battery quality and also many operations also run slow in htc phones,camera being the weakest point .The n8 scored a lot just for the camera itself(having only 256mb RAM and 680 Mhz processor).
