For Call Recording:
After call connection press and hold the lock button, a menu pops up......Apart from that menu there is a pop up icon near the menu slide open it you will get the option of call record

I want a dual sim m... morethe phone comes with box and charger and instruction thats it "no ear phones or data cable". the phone battery is very good it lasts me for 5-6 days normal use , it has blue tooth 3.0 , and wifi, volume is very good , speaker phone is good, u can block numbers and texts , u can fake calls, u can choose a separate profile for each sim , there is privacy lock for texts and every thing. the only problem the ram is small but thats ok ,u can save everything including the internet catch on the memory card. its not dual active and you cant record calls ;( . am selling mine for 160 pounds its only 2 weeks old .

I have this phone so let me clear some things:
1.It can record calls.
2.It is not dual active.
3.Excellent battery and touch.
Overall best buy dual sim in this range for sure..

I want a dual sim mobile that would also be a quite feature packed phone such as wi-fi, good earphone volume and external volume also, good touch response, good battery backup. so i want to know that is this a good phone for me or not. plz reply soon

This phone is excellent. I am using it from last weak and I found it exceptionally good. Touch sensitivity is superb... Menu is user friendly... All the features which was not in Corby like call recorder, FM recording, horizontal calibration are added in this phone. Camera quality is also good. It is duel sim phone though it is stand by you can receive call on both sim and if one is busy other will come switch off (It doesn't affect much)
....I will suggest this is a best phone in this range.

no mine is fine with headset. the only problem no dual active nor record calls.:(

Problem with C6712
When using headset with C6712 the sound is very, very low (like 5%-10% at max) and it cannot be increased (by menu setting or using buttons).
Anyone have this problem?
It is software problem or hardware?
