As seen on the preview, the lower ppi won't matter.
Secondly, the screen is only 2% larger than the old one. Do the math. Remember that it has a different screen ratio.
Also, the screen ratio change makes it narrower than the old one. Since width is important for one hand operation, this phone will be easier to operate than the old one.
Also, search YouTube for the galaxy s3 connectivity demo on YouTube by nztechfreak if you want a reason to buy this phone. Also a good reason to buy android.
IMHO, if the size doesn't bother you, this is currently the best device on the market

Why argue n waste ur time/emotions...It's either u like it or noy. Just respect n move on... Time to grow up... I'm using Note or droid frm WM...A choice I made on my own...i still respect those ppl around using ios or wm... No issues...unless the more we argue we get more cash flow frm android, ios or wm... In fact, the more we argue, they are richer by the minute and not us... Grow up please!

LOL! android is the best os! use a good sony midrange or good droid and then talk! smasung's armv6 past midranges was miserable i agree! but armv6 is the problem! wp7 won't even load on armv6! so shame on your knowledge!!! and jellybean will let you know what 60fps and more ui frame rate and smoothness and seepd of os and new graphic apis means! ( read sgs3 jellybean review)

Besides, I will never use any samsung phone again. It already failed me once!!!I will never go back to samsung.
First, samsung galaxy note 2 has a large screen but low ppi density!!!
Second, I have tried all the samsung phones touchscreen, and it was very!!!very!!!BAD!!!
Weight is not a problem for me but you.
Nokia lumia is not bad. It is using windows phone, and our computers also using windows what?
So, I can conclude that wp8 is better than android.
Android is the cause of any phone lagged!!!
Android is a crap!!
I personal recomend don't use android.

galaxy note 2 is really its bad phone i m using this i m not getting 3 hrs also what is this samsung is really shame about this products its really a worst phone compare 2 that one x is good i m getting 1 day battery life samsung is really worst brand guys don.t go for samsung its really waste money
