Good mobile, Have NFC, fast mobile can download android 7.1.2 with Odin tool, Good camera but doesn't like the new phones, can open any app without agitation, mic is good, and the battery you can use it from 2 hours to 4 hours, not more than 4 hours, this device want to good using not bad using, and don't try to make a change in this device, and about speed of Bluetooth it's very good if he send or receive a file, but this if you send or receive on another device have fast transfer or receive, but don't try to Make a ram or storage full, this device will be damaged

In Malaysia.. The 3G and 3Gs network is already shut down and cut off. The lowest basic internet connection is just by 4G and latest is 5G for high end. If i buy this S4. Maybe i just can use WiFi for internet connections. But if i want for set this S4 as the gaming smartphone. That is a good by its performance.

My Uncle give this to me as a gift, and lucky this Phone have 4G Network because it's from US. In Indonesia 2014 era still use 3G Network but can be used with 4G Sim Card and this is my first Samsung Android Phone i used, it's very cool!

I'm writing this from my old S4 running lineageOS Android 11 with some lag on bloatier apps like discord, but generally fine. Even have the old phone case. What an indestructible trooper with a removable battery. And I can't install any of my usual mobile games so it's a nice calm throwback moment for me.
(My current phone broke down after 4 years heavy use, LCD cable broke inside or something idk they're built kinda dense and delicate these days)

The S4 was a legendary phone back in 2013, alongside the iPhone 5s. This was the bigger (and more budget friendly) iPhone. This phone in 2023 (like the iPhone 5s) isn't worth buying because it's stuck on Android 5 (with BloatWiz) (which is TouchWiz). However unlike the iPhone 5s, it can get Android 13 with the help of custom roms. Take that Apple! The cameras in 2023 (like the iPhone 5s) is still great. This has a 13mp camera on the back with 1080p recording (unlike the iPhone 5s with 4k 30 which was godly back in 2013). The front camera is not too great at 2mp. Point is, don't get a S4 in 2023 unless you're an elderly person or wanting to custom rom it.

My friend had this when we were in school and i was jealous... i wanted it so bad. This was the phone thT really showed me how good phones had become and i came to believe that we were heading for some interesting times.
Specs on this were solid, even by today's standards i wouldn't mind having this just as a side phone.

This is what I think of this phone, specifically in 2023. This phone REALLY went on a roll, keeping up with the good specs. Nice camera, great display, decent ram, good hardware, and alright battery from the first five years. I don't think it's worth it anymore, but you can still download some apps and other third-party applications. When I look at it now, it's not so bad. The battery is really bad, though. Of course, the specs are now weak and the 16GB storage is low, but this phone was VERY important at the time.

I really miss the 2012-2014 TouchWiz era. Noawayds the UI of Samsung is too soft, it looks fuzzy.

My first smartphone, still working after more than 9 years. Only battery is replaced. And sometimes its SoC overheats so it hangs. Display is nice even today's standard for normal uses. My memories.
