What stupidity you found in the question.What is wrong in asking the question of S4 not having the FM.If there are apps to do the service, then we need OS alone in a smartphone, in that case don't ask for anything in a smartphone.

in any case, now, that the octacore is confirmed to support LTE, the lack of radio is the only flaw; which is abolutely great, it's an incredible phone, light years in front of iphone or any other phone!

Dual core or Quad core which one will be the better one when compared to a processor's core ? in iphone 5 where do you insert external memory card? 2GB RAM or 1GB RAM which one will be better when compared to a device's Memory ? in iphone 5 do you get barometer, temperature, humidity or gesture sensors? in iphone 5 can you stream video using wifi DLNA (Iphone 5 doesn't support DLNA Wifi feature)? where is popular NFC technology ? apple forgot it? so how do you iphone users make mobile payments using NFC in iphone? where is popular JAVA (iphone 5 missing JAVA)? what's wrong with apple ? where is USB Mass storage in iphone 5 ? ....... i can't type more ! got fingure pain ! ! i think apple is nothing compared to S4 .iphone can only compare with some chinese phones as The iPhone 5 is missing too many cutting-edge technologies. Since you can afford to buy a smartphone, there's no reason why you can't afford an internet plan.
