Rumor suggests Lumia 940 and 940 XL will cost more than iPhone 6
The Microsoft Lumia 940 and 940 XL - which have already been the subject of several leaks and rumors - will cost more than the Samsung Galaxy S6 as well as Apple's iPhone 6. That's according to a new report, which has already been taken down.
The rumor also says that unlike Samsung's and Apple's offerings, both the Microsoft flagship smartphones will me made of polycarbonate. This is particularly interesting given that most premium handsets today are made of metal, which is costly as compared to polycarbonate.
Specs-wise, the report says that the Lumia 940 will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 SoC, and will sport a 5.2 inch full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels) display. It will come with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable memory. In terms of camera, the device will feature a 20MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. There will also be an iris scanner.
On the other hand, the Lumia 940XL is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 810 chipset, and sport a 5.7 inch Quad HD (2560 × 1440) screen. Rest of its specs are said to be same as that of the Lumia 940, including the iris scanner.
Both the handsets are expected to be released in November this year.

Now everyone focus on smartphone, even Microsoft is the same. It's because they can sell their product directly to consumer and also can defeat piracy,so I wont think Microsoft will leave this market because it's a big fish that anyone want!!!!
