I am in LOVE with this phone. Ive had my phone for 2 and a half years and between my husband and my 8 year old child, they managed to destroy it. (Yes, it took both of them.) The phone still works, but the outside screen is cracked making it impossible to see caller ID. I've had a few problems with it shutting off but thats because Ive bumped the battery and Its always when its in my pocket. The battery itself lasts about 14 hours but thats because I did the nono and left it plugged in while I slept. My bad. The phone features are SO easy to use. I have yet to find a phone that suits my needs and is this easy to customize. I went to the store to get a replacement for mine and was told by the clerk that they no longe make this phone! I want another or something just like it.

i've had this phone for two years now. and it truly is indestructible. this phone has been through everything. i have dropped it at least a hundred times. this phone has gotten wet from the being in my beach bag while i was at the pool and my beach bag got soaked along with my phone. my niece got upset with me one day and dipped my phone in our hot tub for at least 5 seconds it was fully engulfed with water.
and to say the least this phone STILL works.
one thing that has happened over the course of 2 years is i was in the locker room one day and the phone dropped from the top locker onto the floor and the side button[to turn the volume up and down] was dissembled and i fixed it and the button still works.
this phone was worth the money and holds a fantastic charge [up to 3 days]
and i have loved it.

pathetic phone. supposed $400 value. came with my tie-in plan with the mobile phone. it's only on its 2nd week, but i had charged the phone more than 6 times now.
i don't use bluetooth, i rarely make calls, i don't text. it's basically on stand-by mode -- a glorified alarm clock!
the battery died when i was asleep causing me to have to file for a leave one day! it was 1/2 full before i slept when i set the alarm!
the battery indicator is also misleading. it's 3/4 full this morning, and it's dead now after 5hours!!!
i dunno if there is way to turn off that ANNOYING sound if you set something (press OK).
DO NOT BE FOOLED! this phone sucks!

I love the look of this phone.But Sadly enough its quality isnt very good.
Ive had it for 1.5 years and its decinding to shut off by itself,the battery does not last very long i will charge it all night then use it for an hour and its down to one bar of battery life left.The phone works well for the first 5 months then its bad.

what you do is take the memory card and get adapter and hook it up using that way

I have been pretty disappointed with my phone as I am unable to use it with my computer where I use Windows Vista...I have a 2 year contract and need to be able to connect to my computer with my phone.
Could you please let me know if you have done anything about making this phone compatable to the Windows Vista....if not is there another phone similar that I could change to?
