I've one which has a problem of touchsreen. It doesn't work normaly before and now anymore. So i'd like to rechange it by a new one. How to place order for that. Does anyone know any shop where i can solve my problem? Plz mail me on neylhan@gmail.com

Lg is a good brand as i am always a big fan of lg brand..but when it comes to Lg optimus Ex su880 it has really disappointed me. i bought the mobile and for two weeks i used it with full satisfaction but the problems comes when one of my friend put a password to this mobile. i took it to different shops..Lg Service centre for hard reset but even a customer care operator doesn't
have any idea as how to do a hard reset and the worst thing is that their hands on manual comes in Korean dialect and not in english if you have bought this mobile and its still working than used it porperly and be careful with the password system for me the only thing i can do is to simply throw it away for it doesn't have any value and for those people who are aspiring to buy this mobile think twice before you buy it...after all LG is one of the best Brand and i really recommend Lg phone apart from this Lg Optimus Ex Su880. be wise in choosing a phone.

one of the worst phone ever produce on the the globe....the most interesting thing is that even the manufecturer doesn't know how to do a hard reset to the phone itself......my humble request to those people those who are interested to buy this phone, that pliz don't go for it save your money because if you buy it will disappoint you just as it has disappointed to me..
