LG Optimus Exceed 2 for Verizon leaked

27 March, 2014

It looks like the cell phone whiste blower, evleaks, is at it again. This time they've got the skinny on an upcoming LG Droid bound for Verizon: the LG Optimus Exceed 2.

Not much is known about the specs of the Exceed 2, but if the original Exceed (AKA, Cayman, Lucid) is any indication, expect the sequel to be a mid-range Android offering.

The Exceed 2's predecessor is almost two years old, packed a dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM, and a 4” display.

Don't be surprised if the Exceed 2's specs are more in-line with other low to mid-range Android offerings available right now. Being such, don't expect to pay more than $100 on-contract when it drops.
