Do not go for HD resolution until it has a decent battery. Samsung devices are better built these days, look for hardware chipset before butying. Avoid Adreno 200 GPU with big screen phones.

RECOMMEND ME between these 2 DUAL SIM SMARTPHONE.
1) LG Optimus L7 II DUAL P715
2) Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT S-7562
i have already posted ON PAPER COMPARISON.
some comment that both are terrible, wait for a better one. however, i wish to buy a DUAL SIM smartphone by the end of mei or june.
PLEASE SAY your personal experience. I'd need your personal experience to justify the on-paper comparison.

They have their own issues which can not be compromised for a 13-15K phone. Jellybean OS is not stable yet. ICS is better. Adreno 200 can run only small screen devices smoothly. Wait for some good Dual SIM, Dual Camera, Dual Core phone yet to come!!

vivi, 16 Apr 2013i ve bought this mobile.. its touch experience is good. but... moreHey, i also faced the same problem, but the actual problem is not battery. It is the battery reading in Android JB. Just Switch off your phone and put the charging on till the battery sign shows no charging. It will take at least 3 hours to get fully charged. When you see the blue big battery with thunderbolt sign that means it's still charging. Loot at the battery sign for few seconds and if the battery gets fully charged, the thunderbolt sign goes away in a few seconds after turning on the screen.

Guys, The GSM description says this phone is 3g Quad. IE 3G 850/900, 1900, 2100. Can someone please confirm this as I have seen it being described on retailer sites as only 3 band (missing the 850). I need that band for portability in Australia. Many Thanks.

Ashish, 16 Apr 2013my brother bought this mobile a week ago and he is nt satis... moreIt could be the problem if your mother had used a screen protection cover that affected the touch response. I've the same issue but was 100% solved after taken away the so-called "HD" but in fact it's an incompatible protection cover, but I still haven't found another ordinary one which is compatible as if those which commonly used with other phones.

DISadvantages S DUOS
~ SINGLE core processor 1ghz
~ 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich OS
~ lower camera 5MP
~ low battery capacity 1500 mAh
THIS IS ONLY ON PAPER COMPARISON.
i heard also s duos lags, battery usage is high.
and LG response sometimes unresponsive, and not suitable for gaming.

vivi, 16 Apr 2013i ve bought this mobile.. its touch experience is good. but... moreif the phone doesn't come with one, install a power control widget (found free on GPlay) for your convenience. Turn off BT (bluetooth), wifi and 3G when you're not browsing. Turn off GPS (if it has), mobile data and avoid using the phone in max brightness. If that doesn't work and you can't have the seller give you a second copy of the bill, try changing the battery. if you buy a new one, the first charge should be done with the phone off and for 12 hours non-stop. After that avoid letting your battery run completely out. Charge it always when it still has a little power and always let it charging even after the phone says it's charged.

There's a whole lot of other stuff to consider. So, What's really clear is that you know nothing about this so you should stop making unfundamented comments and just read. :) but you're free to do whatever
