Meizu announces M6 Note One Piece special edition in red with yellow accents

Vlad, 21 September 2017

Following yesterday's introduction of the M6, today Meizu has turned back towards the M6 Note smartphone it unveiled back in August and graced it with a special edition.

The Meizu M6 One Piece special edition is styled to remind you of the Japanese manga series. It features a black front and red back, with red and yellow accents. The new paintjob isn't only on the outside - the handset also comes with One Piece themed UI elements, including wallpapers, icons and widgets. Fans of One Piece will surely be thrilled by this device.

Spec-wise, nothing changes compared to the vanilla M6 Note, so you still get the same 5.5-inch 1080p touchscreen, Snapdragon 625 SoC, 12 MP + 5 MP dual rear cameras, 16 MP selfie snapper, and 4,000 mAh battery.

The Meizu M6 Note One Piece special edition goes on sale on September 25 for CNY 1,699 ($257 or €215) with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and CNY 2,399 ($363 or €304) if you need 4GB and 64GB, respectively. Note that this means you're paying a CNY 400 to 700 premium for the One Piece design, depending on which model you choose.
