Microsoft Lumia 535 on pre-order in Germany for €120

19 November, 2014

The Microsoft Lumia 535 is the first post-Nokia brand phone and it's available for pre-order in Germany. The 535 is a 5" version of the entry-level Lumia 530 with some additional improvements.

There's no LTE despite what final 5 digit suggests, but a 5" IPS screen with qHD resolution (220ppi) and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It's powered by the same Snapdragon 200 chipset but with double the RAM (1GB) and storage (8GB), plus there's a 5MP front-facing camera, matching the 5MP camera on the back.

Multiple German sites have the Microsoft Lumia 535 on pre-order and it seems that units will ship in early December. Prices start at €120, Alternate.de lists the delivery date as December 2, while Amazon.de is asking €140 and will ship on December 5. There's an offer from Microsoft at €120 but no shipping date.

For comparison, a Nokia Lumia 530 Dual Sim can be had for around €80 in Germany. Drop a link if you find Lumia 535 offers in other countries.
