04 March, 2015

Motorola Moto E (2015) with 3G-only connectivity is now available to order in the United States. The device can be ordered in 3G US GSM or 3G global GSM guise.

The 3G Moto E (2015) costs $119.99 unlocked in black or white color scheme. For comparison, Motorola is asking $149.99 for the 4G LTE model with no contract.

It is important to note that Moto E (2015) with 3G packs a less powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset than the LTE model. The latter offers 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC.

The rest of the 3G model’s specs are unchanged. They include 4.5” qHD display, 5MP camera, and 8GB of expandable memory.

In related news, we also overheard that the Moto E (2015) will be launching in Inida on March 10 exclusively via Flipkart.

It IS a entry range phone. Giving it 2GB RAM, Flash, LTE would make it Moto G 3rd Gen. Doesn't it? Think about pricing first before complaining!
