Moto Z Play gets imported into India for testing, 5.5-inch screen in tow
Of the rumored members of Lenovo's Moto Z family, only two became official at the company's event last month - the Moto Z and Moto Z Force. Conspicuously missing was the decidedly more mid-range Moto Z Play, which has been rumored for a few months now and should be the successor to the Moto X Play from 2015.
Well, it looks like its announcement date is getting ever closer, for a few units have already been imported into India for testing purposes. This has been revealed by Indian import tracker Zauba, which has listings for the Motorola Vertex with a 5.5-inch display. Vertex is the codename for the Moto Z Play, by the way.
The upcoming handset has been spotted in a benchmark a few weeks ago rocking Qualcomm's Snapdragon 625 and 3GB of RAM. Other rumored specs for it include a 1080p AMOLED touchscreen, a 16 MP main camera, and a 3,500 mAh battery. It should run Android 6.0 Marshmallow from day one.

Np. The picture shown is a Moto Z. There hasn't been real photos of the Play yet. The Play will not have those sensors on the front.
