Wow, awesome phone... it beats the crap out of the iphone, and it's a real competition for my Atrix 4G...
Hope it'll get the ginger upgrade soon... still it doesn't have the same large battery my atrix have!

[deleted post]Hey, I am NOT the one who voted down the phone! I just said my opinion. The older Droid series looks almost the same. Why all the Moto phones are only in black? :(

Seems like Motorola's Developer Network have put up the official specs on the Droid 3.

                          http://developer.motorola.com/products/droid-3-xt862/

It lists the bands as follows..

                          "CDMA 800/1900,
                          GSM 850/900/1800/1900,
                          W-CDMA 850/1900/2100"

I was hoping the WCDMA would be 900/2100, as it's better suited for my network here. Oh well.

So it's believed this phone works on the HSDPA 900/2100 bands? If so, that's brilliant.

If only I could import an unlocked version from somewhere.. lolz.

                                Anyway, it's looking really good.

Droid 3 already offers 5 rows qwerty like no other in the industry, and Moto offers the widest choices of Android phones with qwerty....from Backflip, Flipside, to "slider" like XT300, or "bar" type like Pro/XPRT.

Who else offers more choices in terms of qwerty Android phones that you know of?
