Anonymous, 20 Nov 2015Why sir ?Somewhere Motorola said they were having problems with lollipop and their X-8 computing system. That's the reason for the delay. They also said that they were going to scrap updating to 5.0.2 and go straight to 5.1. I'm guessing that'll be last update these models get, or otherwise they may not be able to overcome these problems and our lovely Maxx continue to operate on 4.4.
Who knows what exactly behind the walls.

Let's be specific. I am on 3G from 10am till 8pm doing few phone calls say about 15 calls and average talking 5 minutes per call. Lots of reading mails and sending. When i reach home 8pm I get battery down to about 25% and I am happy with that.
If you are in a bad network or weak network the battery drains faster. In such cases the battery can get down by 3pm to about 25%.
Check how much % battery drains during night time without 3G and WiFi. Mine goes about 3-4% in about 7 hours which is really good.
