I agree wit saviour who really is gonna but this phone for 3000...NOBODY unless you got money like that which i dont think too many people on this site do!jus but the v3 for 300 or the v600 for 250 which also is a great phone.Reppin Brooklyn!

The V3i is actually the same as the V3 but just has 1.23 MP camera and extra Micro SD (Transflash) possiblity. The screen resolution is the same as V3 and the battery is acyually slightly less better than the V3. The V3x is a 3rd gen phone so do not compare with the V3i. The phone is out in Dec on www.carphonewarehouse.com in the UK. This is the phone the V3 should have been!

to savior: you are wrong and Random is right. as has been stated on the v3x opinions page, Celluloco.com was indeed selling the prototype V3x w/o any kind of warranty or guarentee for $3000 or 3Gs. Their website is currently having database issues though, so I do not know if the price has been dropped or not.

i would think all fone are 1.3 megapixel nowaday, but 1.2+ ? wtf lol cmon motorola..dont tell me u cant afford to upgrade it .X more.

One word: Breathtaking!
I have been looking for a phone like this for some time now. I was half was there with the style of my original v3, but the features just werent there. and the features of my D500, but the looks werent there. This is a worthy successor to the original V3. I give up my original silver v3 for the silver D500 because the D500 had better features, although it didnt look anywhere near as well as the V3. Now i can dump my D500 and go back to the RAZR style that i really like, with features that are even better than the D500. Motorola truly have a winner on their hand with this little Jem! I am considering 3 phones now, SLVR L7, V3x and V3i. But i have eliminated two because they are flawed. SLVR because it has a ghastly bronze keypad, that clashes with the Black colour and the V3x because it is just too thick to bare the RAZR name, so i guess i have found my companion now, The search is over... V3i

HELLO MOTO,
Splendid successor of RAZR V3 IMHO...w00t..well if u need a "cool" phone..with minimal or regular features....this is da bomb...with add on features in regards to V3..it now has:-
- 1.3 MP camera...itz a decent camera...which allows u to have 3R print outs
- Extended Memory..u can now expand the memory...what gives if it comes with 1 MB...memory cards are cheap nowadays
This two major add-ons keep the styles intag and grooves on....
P/S: Recommended for users who do not fancy multiple functions....but decent MP3 player, with up to like 20 songs, clear MP3 tone, decent picture and video capturing mode..
A job well done MOTO...

someone refering to 3g about a phone means video calling capabilities. No phone will cost 3grand for these specs, with 3grand, go put a down payment on a yamaha motocycle instead of a phone.

From the slogan of motorola----(INTELLIGENCE EVERYWHERE), I expect that Motorola stand up to the Global standard of GSM phones. Why is it that is only Motorola that recieves this kind of disqualification about thier Product. Motorola, wake up please and face the challenges.

v3x from what i heard is gonna cost alot..i hope this new edition cost less....but why the damn name v2x they should make v4 perhaps?v3i is okay cause its still the same price....hope its a good version.stop milking this mobile motorola

I loved the first v3 and this one corrects some problems, but I hope motorola fixed the following problems:
- Inside screen resolution(c'mon guys wake up!, 176x220 looks like crap!)
- Your ringer plays when the phone rings on bluetooth headset
- IMPROVED SOFTWARE!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
If they did all of the above, where do I give my deposit?
