i love dis fon..its my sex fon..had dropp a million times in rain stone & has got lot of scrathes..only flaw is it takes more than a hour 2 charge..but i dont gv a damn i lv it!!!!

I had buyed this handset and used it for 7 months my review about it is -
Bad Things:
-low battery life approx 1 day only
-it take 3 hr to charge
-low voice hard to hear the calls everytime u have to use handsfree (Big problem)
-handsfree button does not work
-Keypad buttons are tacky & hard , too much effort to type message
-slow operating system
Good things:
-low cost Radio phone(INR 1100/-)
MyAdvice :
Dont go for it just buy Low cost Nokia radio phone.

Homemade fix for the loose back cover:
Get a duck/duct tape, cut it in the length twice that of the back cover.Stick one of its side on the back of the back cover and other on the battery.
and then put the cover back in place.
It fits so nicely that the cover doesnt come off even when the fone falls.And the feeling of the cover being loose is gone. It feels like one piece.
The charging port isnt much of a problem.
Am trying to figure out why the loudspeaker is not at all loud when on speaker fone, buts its loud enuff when in radio.
Also I LOVE THIS FONE for its simplicity.

not much of a cellphone but it does serves its purpose.....for me its nice small, light easy to handle great phone and its cheap.

Hello Moto,
Cool fone. Does what its supposed to do , i.e make and receive calls, sends and receives SMSes.
thats what I needed this fone for.
FM radio is the extra feature.
Also as this fone is pretty old try to get as much as discount as possible.
I got abt 50 INR of discount :p
I dont know why monochrome displays are not made anymore by anyone other than nokia. They are very useful in very bright environment.
Also this has crystal talk so its awesome.

Hello Friends!
Just wanted to tell that, I had a good belief in Motorola, but this phone has slightly upset me. Specifications over the net says that W160 plays stereo FM...but it does not its a mono sound. The headset button does not respond while disconnecting or changing fm stations. After listening the FM for about 7-8 hours on headset..the battery goes off. Not much used for calls though. Can I use a stereo headset with W160 and is the battery faulty or what. Plz let me know my id is denverjohn23@indiatimes.com
