LG's upcoming Stylus smartphone pictured again

17 April, 2015

LG is in full throttle for the upcoming G4 flagship release. Everything seems to be going according to plan and the device should premiere on April 28. Before that, though, the manufacturer is launching an ambitious beta testing campaign, #TryLGG4b, which will allow lucky users to actually try the device bore its launch.

All eyes are definitely on the LG G4 right now, but that doesn't mean the Korean tech giant is not working on other projects as well. One such is a mysterious new device, dubbed simply LG Stylus. The phone has already made a visit to the FCC, bringing it a lot closer to consumer markets, but not much is known about the specs sheet just yet.

The handset, model number LS770, will allegedly come with a 5.8-inch display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 processor and a 3,000 mAh battery. The phone is allegedly intended take on the Samsung Galaxy Note series, but, frankly, the aforementioned SoC is not quite up to par to brush shoulders with Samsung's phablets.

This is actually not the first Stylus device LG has developed. There is a LG G3 Stylus currently on offer and its specs sheet is also significantly less impressive than the LG G3, so this might be a developing trend.

should boost up with the latest Snapdragon.... with some good features. Just increasing the Ram and internal storage wont change the mind of people for a new technolgy device. So, invent something favorable.

It is ridiculous that chipset for a device that would compete with the Galaxy Note. Not worth it. If only it were with the Snapdragon 620, and for a great price, might be worth.
