LG launches KitKat-powered L65 mid-ranger

LG has launched a new addition to its L series smartphones dubbed L65. The newest mid-range offering from the company comes with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

LG L65 D285 sports a 4.3-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 200 chipset with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM. At the back, there is a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, while the front features a 0.3 megapixel shooter.

The dual-SIM smartphone comes with 4 GB of internal memory that can be expanded by up to 32 GB via a microSD card. Connectivity options on the LG L65 include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, EDGE/GPRS and 3G support.

LG L65 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and juice for the smartphone is provided by a 2,100mAh battery. Overall the handset stands at 127.2 x 66.8 x 9.6mm and weighs about 126 grams.

LG's newest addition to its L III series comes in black or white color option and is currently up for grabs in Russia for RUB 7,490 (about $210).

LOL! LG is the ONLY manufacturer putting the latest ANDROID version on its low end phones. also LG is now doing great in Software update...
