Oppo U3 is expected to draw lots of attention just a day before Xiaomi announces its next flagship phone in China. The U3 packs a 5.9" 1080p display and runs on the MT6752 chip with octa-core 1.7GHz Cortex-A53 processor, Mali-T760MP2 graphics and 2GB of RAM.

The rest of the Oppo U3 specs include LTE connectivity, embedded AK4961 audio chip, and 16GB expandable storage.

The Oppo U3 will launch on January 14 in China, but the pricing is yet to be revealed. No international availability has been mentioned so far.
