The phone looks good. I am suspecting the keyboard is as narrow as the nokia E71, E72 or E5 which is a disadvantage unless one still has a good eyesight. Wonder why most manufacturers are satisfied with production of narrow portrait keyboard. Those guys having big thumbs will be having problem with it. Only GIRLS with slim fingers will be happy with this phone. Anybody knows whether adobe 10.1 is onboard??? It will be a waste if it is not. Sometimes when you are on the road, feel lonely and you will want to watch porn movies. You know like get thing going.

Laying all jokes aside, if you are a current TMOUSA HD2 owner, you will be better off installing Tech1's WP7 MultiMedia Super ROM on to your current version HD2. The reason being, I have not seen NOTHING yet in that WP7 video by Microsoft that you cannot do with Tech1's WP7 MultiMedia Super ROM. Even you can play XBOX GAMES, plus Tech1's WP7 ROM got a 8MP SuperFine LeoCameraAnyKey. It also has a ton and a truck load of multimedia apps on board with Androd love. Go to http://www.mobileunderground.info/showthread.php?t=704&page=1 and get the best WP7 ROM by Tech1 ....

I like the name lightning better than venue pro. But other than that, I like everything else... I've been waiting for this phone to get official since it was first leaked.

I think people want bigger screens, so I guess if you want bigger screens the phones got to be bigger.

Ive been playing with a Dell Streak which is a 5" screen, thin body like the iphone 4 and very friendly to use. Its quiet a huge phone to use and still can get in your pocket easily. So if you like big screens then I'm sure you'll get used to using a bigger phone.

Errrr, all these W7 phones look lovely, but so far they all appear to be identical clones of each other. I guess it's as if a bunch of other manufacturers had been allowed to make Iphones but had to keep to the same phone layout. The only differences are fractions of an inch in screen size and the odd few pixels.

I'm guessing that's the whole point of W7, but it seems pretty pointless to cover all the phones in such great detail when they're all pretty identical so far. It's like a beauty parade where the contestants aren't allowed to speak.

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2010WM7: No system-wide file manager No videocalling Limited... moreall the features you have listed is the same in iphone 2g and 1st gen 3g. Let Wp7 mature then you will love it. Most Android phones still dont support many of those features. Look at the hotest Android Phone ever built (Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, it doesnt do nothing due to poor software built called cupcake) it is more than 6 months now and still no sign of update even to the outdated Eclair 2.1 which will fix some of its features). if you previously have used Winmo phones then you know Wp7 will rock much more than anyother OS. Windows has THE The The best email apps, usability, and many more. Android and IOs has so many problems with Email, navigation, bluetooth and so on.

With Stringent Hardware and Software requirements, I wont worry about the sects anymore. And since the UI is not Twikable, I wont worry about the OS too. It will be same with every other Windows 7 OS on the face of this planet.

As a Windows Phone 7 consumer, all we can do now is just look for a form factor which appeal to us and then look for after sales services.

The keyboard looks cramped, however If the width is big it might not be a problem.

I hope Dell's phone support is better than their Corporate computer support. I work in an IT Dept and we get very bad support from Dell.

I like this phone but wish it would come with the newer chip 8255 as it has better graphics and much faster than the snapdragon. Also, since am in the UK, I didn't hear any mention of it coming to Europe but hope Dell makes an announcement regarding this.
