I'm going to use that horsepower with musical apps, so there it's very useful because those need powerful device. Android phones doesn't even have those apps because android lack every good stuffs.
And you know many many play games with their phones nowdays? iOS devices already became most popular pocket gaming devices.

packaging does matter in attracting new costumers or wanting old costumers to upgrade.the specs are great but they should have given the screen a little bump (like 2'') to defferentiate it from iphone 4.

Exactly and what use for that you have got? Almost none, pathetic.
Just watch the infinity blade 2 trailer and you see how these extra powers can use. Show me something even close with android phone.
That's the difference owning iPhone dual core device over android dual core device, half year and android market hasn't got any game which REALLY show what that extra power can do, pathetic.
Hope android users get shadowgun this year, it supposed to be android exclusive, but well iPhone users already enjoying that ;)

Samsung and HTC have had phones with this power for months, even LG have had it for ages. Not really big news, I'm afraid, but nice try nonetheless apple.
Oh and by the way, have a look at the above devices to see what a front camera is for, and how much better the interfaces are with the customisation they offer. Oh and they are better value, with a lot more free apps, and lower cost Price Plans!!
