Most likely always will be too. However it was not the first phone, touch screen, mp3 capable, or internet ready. or ...Nor was it the first touch screen, mp3, and internet ready phone. It also was not the first to feature the design it has since it stole. It copied...not the other way around ...nice try though. Not trying to bash just put out hard facts.

They have stolen vastly greater amounts of everything more than what has ever been taken from them. This just shows how pathetic Apple actually is. If they had an ounce of sense they would stop suing and start licensing and get it back dated and they would earn some serious money off that train! I am an android user and would rather see prices for androids go up to accomadate for the licensing fees then see the products I love banned for life! Competition is good and legal (non-patent infirgment) competition is even better. Helps companies and helps consumers!

i am an ios user. I afree there are two mayn restrictions in iphone and all i devices....but if you jailbreak ur device and learn to break all those restrictions...ios is the best.

Wait a moment since Apple wasn't a telecommunication company like Motorola, Nokia, and others they had no history, experience or any other research&development in the field of mobile phones, so what they did in 2007 with their first mobile phone released aka iPhone was to copy and steal all the technology that others like Motorola, Nokia&CO have invented and developed through decades before Apple was ever thinking on producing a mobile phone.
So look who stole all that mobile phone technology in the first place, Apple stole it and they should pay others 10$ or more per every device they sold.
Second Android was found and developed since 2003 for mobile devices and in 2005 Google acquired them. Since iPhone with iOS came out only in year 2007 Apple did copy and steal everything they could from other mobile OSes like Windows Mobile, Symbian and Android, so Apple should pay another 10$ per every device they sold to others for stealing every idea and maybe even source code found in previous mobile OSes released way ahead of iOS.
So yeah stop stealing others work Apple you didn't invent the mobile phone nor the OS that runs it. Siri was just a rip off copy of Android Voice Actions too. Apple is a blatant copy machine even Steve Jobs recognized that fact just search on Youtube "Steve Jobs stealing ideas" to see the proof.

apple fanboys, are you serious, android is a copy of iOS? get real! Flat boring iphone icon interface versus dynamic customizable android interface? No contest here, even less a copy! Get a life apple fanboys! Do you also believe that any touchscreen phone is a copy of iphone? There were many touchscreen phones way before the iphone!
