20 million Samsung Galaxy S II sold in 10 months

So Samsung sold 10 million GSIIs in 5 months... Apple sold 1 million 4Ses in it's 24 hours and 4 million in it's first weekend... that probably slowed down after awhile but still with those numbers they probably sold 10 million in the first week and 20 million in the first month... don't get me wrong I am impressed with theses numbers... but since Android had 50.9% OS market share last quarter compared to IOS's 23.8% I would expect bigger numbers for the top selling Droid... I guess that's what comes with so many companies pushing Android... I guess that's why Nokia chose WP instead of Android... huh smart move Nokia

shit of this android os.in compared to 6000 mobile and 30000 having same funtions excpt speed.when did improve the windows os.

What you have commented is not worth without proof, moreover, if the issues which you said are like an epidemic with SG2,then probably SG2 would have never met the sales figures nor the success.
There are more number of happy users for SG2 than any other phone in the market.
Please, There isnt anything great about WP devices considering the false hype you are trying to create.
If WP suits you, Fine. Good for you.

I work in the cell phone industry. We sell samsung devices daily. Since we got the phone late last year, in over 5 months we've had less than 10 come back defective. So you're either making these devices defective, or you're full of it.
Windows OS pales in comparison to android. What can you do on a windows phone that you can't do on an Android?
Iphone was awesome because it opened up the world to people. Android is better because if you take away apples restrictions and shackles, you come up with Android.
There's a reason why Windows OS is behind Android, iOS, and Blackberry. I push people away from Windows devices. People will pay $80+ more for an android with worse hardware specs than a windows phone thats with good specs thats free. I've seen it numerous times.

Seems like constant upgrade keeps the sales alive afterall. I guess the key to continual sales is, launch with the best chipset at the moment, and gradually add stuffs to it months later.

Anonymous, 23 Feb 2012don't mind him, his previous alias was "boy with red h... moreCheers for that matey.he certainly aint no genius.I fortunately deal with this type of tech all day and his lies were terrible.If he needs my proof i owned a lumia ill certainly pass on my imei number too him.I use 3 phones the gs2 and the iphone 4s and my favourite the note and i can be honest i dont think pound for pound its better then my gs2.As for the 4s i love its music side of things and couped to my b&w zepplin it sounds great.Too restricted for me and as for my lumia i had well what can i say booorrriiiinnnggg.It was more restricted then my iphone.For me the gs2 was definately the best phone last year followed by the 4s.

Theres one Galaxy S II that sells in Europe and Asia. The Tmobile Variant, the Sprint Variant, and the AT&T variant. These are all priced at either $499.99 or $529.99 off contract and on contract is all $199 or $229. AT&T has a Verizon, Sprint, AT&T variant priced at either $199 or $299 depending on capacity. The Iphone4 is also cheaper than the 4s.

He keeps saying he loves WP7 yet there were plenty of WP7 devices and instead of "purchasing" a WP7 device he buys Android devices over and over again, even though he claims his experience with Android is horrible. He is also a Nokia fanboy by the way.Fanboys are mad because in 10 months Samsung Sold 20 million devices where as in 3 months Nokia barely sold 1 million Lumia 800.

Its great working in a store and using all the new phines.Recently we were sent 2 lumias you know the ones i mean the outdated old fashioned windows ones.Well 2 weeks in and both came up with charge errors and wouldnt charge at all.Sent them back and received 2 more and yep same thing again.Gs2 and iphone 4s has been our 2 best sellers and no one has even asked about the crummy lumia.Nokia has finally sealed its fate producing poot phones with limited uninteresting software.Whi wants to pay 2.29 for angry birds at least its free on android and only 69p on apple store.Windows is a clear rip off and only a mug would choose it over a gs2 or iphone.

[deleted post]Boy with the samsung hating hat should be your new name.Ive sold hundreds of these phines in my store and only had about 4 back out of hundreds.Me and my partner and work friends use them and have never had any issues with lag.I bet your just a lonely nokia fanboy trying to bash what is the benchmark for crummy phone companies like nokia to try and beat.I suggest you keep you silly boy comments as i can safely bet youve never had an android device in your hand apart from your cheesy outdated nokia thatyouve had for the past 5years that your too scared to get rid of beacuse tge power of android scares you.Enough said me thinks?
