Now that Samsung knows the spec they can carry on with there production. Just my opinion, but I think this maybe the same processor that will he used in the next I phone, so Samsung have been waiting on this news, for there S3.

specs does not equal to users' experience. Apple stock is highest and higher than microsoft and google. Apple does not do incremental in specs but done revolutionary products. Imagine how your smartphones and tablets looked like b4 iphone and ipad!!! Then u will appreciate apple

I have a ly-F1 Chinese tablet it cost me 100 dollars runs android os has a 1.5ghz.cpu the most power full android gpu mali 400 runs flash and games. Ipad who?

I still think the transformer prime is better but wow! the gpu on this is pretty good.

I'm an Android fan. I love my Galaxy Nexus. But the only tablet I'd buy today would be the iPad.
First off, value for money. Android tablets are still ridiculously expensive for the capabilities they bring. They all cost the same amount as the iPad or more with only marginal increases on the spec sheet (more storage?). And as of Wednesday, they aren't even beating the iPad on the spec sheet.
Next. Software. Apps. Apple brings near desktop quality apps to the iPad. Just look at Apple's own iWork and iLife suites. Now compare that to Google's own tablet apps. If Google can't be bothered, why should developers? And they aren't.
At $400, the iPad 2 is the best value for money for a full-size "budget" tablet. At $500, the new iPad blows the competition out of the water. And the Kindle Fire is eating their lunch on the bottom end.
Unless Google does something in the next few months, Android tablets are dead. Windows 8 will eat whatever's left when those tablets come with MS Office 15 apps pre-loaded.
Some simple advice...instead of so many ridiculous products, Android OEMs need to offer just 2 tablets. One at $299 (7inches or so) and another at $399 (10.1 inches or so). Specs can't just catch up to the new iPad. They should be beating them. And while the OEMs are working on that, Google needs to be actively subsidizing every popular iOS and Android app maker to make quality tablet apps. Do all that and Google might stand a chance of Android being marginally competitive in the tablet space.

I did not buy into Jobs' speech on how it's more useful than a NetBook. I needed full Cad, Sketchup and full graphical & photo editing programs for work, and the iPad could not give me those. The designers of the IPad avoided the heavy processor hungry programs in order for it to work with a longer battery stamina for Apple's regular consumers.

Remember Nokia 808 whith that also lower/pathetic single core CPU(and two GPU's!) wich can record better videos than all dualcore phones anounced or currently on the market ?!

Minus the screen resolution(this year's gimmick) this should have been the last year's Ipad 2. Now is too late ... Xoom 2 looks btter and has Ntrig pen input.

they are so good in making a lot of money
please stop it and go straight to the point
I wonder what would have happened if Nokia one day decided to take the same strategy and tells the story from the beginning !!!! we had 1100 ....
I think audience should stop applauding when they say this old story over and over. they should throw an ipod to the stage.

Since most of task now especially games do require such monster graphics processor to perform better, smoother and fluid, which processor can't perform alone. So even with just a not so speedy processor, it would definitely outperform other tablets.

I'm not going to buy a product because it's from 'apple', i'll buy a product because it impresses me. Unfortunately, the New Ipad does not impress me. For all the hype about it, it was not worth the long wait.

So definately big no for huawei, only fools buy that and thinking they get good product.
Upcoming WP tablets are much more interesting than any android tab.
