They really should have realised this long before they ever got sent out to the stores. But at least they recalled them to fix them. Not just offer stickers . . .

BIG mistake this on samsungs behalf as i know two people who had these on pre order and one has now decided to get a one x, silly choice but many inpatient people may do this ..

Anonymous, 31 May 2012Grow up! its your fault not SAMSUNGS fault! do you think if... moreSure, most of the blame is his for dropping it (within hours of owning it) however manufacturers should put in ample consideration about how well their products will stand up to accidents.

I've dropped my S2 nastily a couple of times - virtually not a scratch! But at least I had it for over 6 months before my first drop.

Hopefully for SGS3's sake this is just one of those unfortunate & rare cases.

You would hope Apple eventually wake up to this after all the broken screen & backs they've replaced over the years!

bye bye believe me u will hear a lot of this soon!! the glass is too week the distance between the glass and the body is a millimeter so if u drop it in the corner and is bye bye galaxy sIII .The back cover is too smooth specially when u are taking photos is very easy to lose the grip the galaxy 1 and 2 did not have this problem ...i wonder what is samsung thinking ..maybe they think nicer feel ,forgetting the safety of the phone after all this toy in not cheap and i will think u need to thank me for working you about this and by getting or not i sacrifice my phone so others can enjoy theres longer than me i am sad there is no part for it now i need to wait 60 days maybe for a new glass or longer and ones opened it will never be the same yeah u can see i really love this new toy is amusing but super delicate so fine call me butter fingers insult me but if this will save ur phone don't forget to thank me
