Samsung phones have far more than any of the available Huawei phones, so I disagree on them being the same. Apple is a US based company yet they still sell their phones for more than the Samsung ones, so if you want to accuse of price gouging, be sure to mention Apple.

The truth is Samsung and Huawei is no different. The only main difference is that Samsung is famous and Huawei is not.
Samsung really sells obviously over-priced phones.

The why does any one want to downgrade depends on the user and their choice, not your judgement. Secondly, iOS 5.1 is not perfect, there are users who prefer to be on 4.
