ya i like this phone but
Why the Galaxy S II is still good enough
Cheaper to buy new, plenty of second-hand deals too
Smaller, lighter device
SuperAMOLED Plus screen (has a full set of subpixels)
Equally good camera with 8MP stills, 1080p video
Same amount of RAM - 1GB
Regular SIM slot
Of all the reasons listed, price is perhaps the biggest ace up the Galaxy S II's sleeve. Yes, it's gotten old, but it remains a very solid device, albeit in an upper-midrange position. Then there's the vibrant developer community around the S II, which might give it Android 5.0 Jellybean, even if Samsung decide not to do that officially.

Lucula korg.. Even if 4g will be implemented soon, who can guarantee it will be better than the current 3g connection..we malaysians all know telco sefvice here is rubbish.

If even 3g they cant maintain to be in good condition for 24 hours a day, what do you expect from the new 4g implementation? Ask urself that first.

The only thing working fine in malaysia is gprs and edge.lol xD

Anonymous, 25 Jun 2012Why is everyone so caught up with this overly hyped gimmick... moreClearly you know nothing and your statement is dumb... Quad core is NOT a gimmick, it offers better battery life as well as the potential for extra power. While you may be too novice in your phone to ever need the extra power you would still the the improved battery life. As far as the extra power I can EASILY max that out and still want more with things like Ubuntu on Android.

Just because you wont use it doesn't make it a gimmick!!

Why is everyone so caught up with this overly hyped gimmick? Dual cores are more than enough as it is. I mean it's a phone ffs -.-.

Krait is nothing more than a tweaked chip to fool Benchmarks, I saw how Tegra blows it in HD games One X vs One S [Youtube].
And myself i used Dell Streak which has Qualcomm chip and it's way retarded than any chip back then.

Malaysia going to have LTE soon as current telco's are putting their network to test & migration phases..its good to wait for more newer LTE-enabled smartphone rather than jump the gun right now..otherwise people gonna waste another sum of amt to get LTE handset once reach the shore..be realistic people..dun get influenced by marketing gimmick

Don't know why some ppl are saying that the Exynos has LTE when it clearly states in the article that the S3 will have a separate LTE modem chip.

Samsung is very good at copying. That is why the brand is good.

                                        It's the region problem.
LTE with quad core did work before, but it doesn't work in North America or any other nations.
So they took out the Exynos and implemented S4.
It's just like how LTE doesn't work for Australians right now, there are only a few LTE phones but we have Exynos.
Since South Korea supports LTE on the Exynos chipset, they get it.
                                        Do you understand now?
