However I cannot agree with your comments, Apple like everybody else is entitled to their patents, otherwise it will be like China, where they can even copy a Ferarri, yes Ferrari. Its easy for us as customers to say stuff like " Thank you Apple for screwing up our " but then the ban was imposed BY A US COURT not Apple themselves. The court sees it as except able and as such gives its unbiased rulings. We have to respect the court, not the court of public opinion.

I see there are a lot of Apple lovers around here. Good job guys. Kiss up to the company that gives you an overpriced and underachieving phone once a year. I don't agree with using other people's patents, but Apple rarely invents anything original and they steal things and patent the damn out of them. congratulations to Apple for blowing away the competition... in court because they can't in the market.

Apple just lost a patent lawsuit in the UK, against HTC and about to be banned in Italy for not honoring their warranties, despite a 1-million EU fine. They may succeed in the US, but remember US is a rather insignificant territory for mobile markets. Wonder who they're gonna sue next?!

I already have my Galaxy Nexus. As I can see it's absolutely different to those crApple products. I think they were just psyched out about the low price given by Google and the functionality are more than the crApple iPhone Poor S can do.

HAI Guiz because of apple and their slide unlock patent, we android users will now have a Phonepalm unlock, it's simple every time someone says something stupid just slap your phone in your face and vwalah! your phone is unlocked.

Some common sense at last! Trust a British Judge to have a sense of right and wrong. Down with the iLitigator! Too afraid of competition. UK Judge ruled against iCrap - 3 patents invalid and HTC does has not infringed on any iTurd patents. See phone arena article.

I hope someone from Apple reads this! This is not how you win over new customers who may be thinking of trying out your products. I prefer innovation to litigation so no way on earth will you ever see a penny of mine! I haven't picked up my iP4 since buying the One X in April, no wonder you are worried! You can get the Nexus banned but do you think you can't stop all manufacturers/competition! I wonder who owns the patent on the notification drag down bar! Seems to have been on Android phones for ever before showing up on iP4......
