this OPPO dual core 1.5GHz "Finder" is 6.65mm in thickness.

I think HTC would reveal a similar device very soon - they are about to have an event very soon.
and it's logical that LG would also release such a device, because they produce some of these 5" 1080p screens.
but the upcoming Optimus G is said to only have a 720p screen - snd it's not logical that they would release a better device in the near future - because all their publicity efforts are focused towards the Optimus G.
So maybe LG thinks that a 5" 1080p smartphone is still premature, and that it wouldn't be good enough with today's batterys / processors?

it's a bit pitty that we will have to wait for such a device to arrive to the windows phone 8 platform.
all the leading hardware arrives first to android, and windows phone lags behind...

When apple broke ground with their Retina display (with 326 ppi) I bet you were cheering at the top of your lungs. Now when someone is doing better and not just dwelling on their past glory (like apple is doing with IPhone5 which has nothing new to offer) you are all jealous. I appreciated apple when they came out with Retina display but their current offering iPhone 5 is a shame. Grow up Wor and smell the truth. Apple is going down.

Magnifying glass??? You clearly don't know anything about displays and related technology do you? A higher ppi doesn't mean everything on screen will look really small. It only means that each individual pixel will be that much more finer and hence anything curved on the screen will look that much more smoother. Higher the ppi better will be the image on screen it has nothing to do with the size of whatever is on the screen.

what's the use for such a thing ??? are we suppose to walk around with a magnifying glass ?
the only benefit would be that you don't need to make multi-platfom for high dimension displays... but it's still a waste of battery and resources :(
