These speculators are not real users, but they re-sell the phones immediately - to countries like China, which has big demand for Apple products because it's a "Name Brand"/"Status Symbol" to most of them. In China, majority of the owner of iPhone or Apple computers do not even know how to use their phone for anything else other then making phone calls and sending SMS; which any mobile phone can perform!
There are other countries, let's say S-East Asia, where iPhone 5 is not available yet, so speculators are placing orders for them in countries where the phone will be available first, then ship them to those other countries & sell them as Grey Market phones. These speculators can easily mark-up 400-500 Dollars on each one these phones, depending on the demand at the time...this is good business!
Again, most Apple iPhone users or Apple computer users are buying them because of the "Name"; nothing to do with the "Function" of the phone. In other words, just for show, not for go!

make it clear icrapfans, iphone only cost 199 so please ,just coz u own a rotten appledoesnt mean u are rich. the note is about 250 and alot of high end phone cost the same ....yea rich iphone fanboy

Too all those who clame android users can't afford I junk, if you would look really hard at the facts the ip5 is the same or within $10 as the sgs3. My note was more then ur junk ip4s oh and I got my sgs3 at full retail and will buy the note at full retail. Don't hate cuz u can't get your facts straight, and please do hate me more cuz my pockets are way way deeper than yours.

2. iOS is not "above"/ahead any other OS in terms of anything, it has been playing catch up to other OSs for years now.
3. If someone hasn't got to use an iPhone in their whole live, he/she maybe lives under a rock or inside a cave. Everybody has a friend with an iPhone.
4. Nokia 808's and Nokia 920's cameras are far better than iPhone 5's one.
5. SGS3 reached 9 million pre orders before it was even announced. Nuff said.

I won't quote them here because, i think i'm not fool enough to enter same debate all over again.
And as many tech lovers, i always go for high end products not midrange, midget or trend ones.

And the fact that apple sells more iphone, with such a craptastic phone, only means that the people who buy it, doesn't compare what they have with the competition, they just live in their Apple bubble.
Yeah, the one on top is the one who gets the most criticism. Tell that to apple, who has been suing (criticizing) Android since stone age.
