I think it would be better all android devices get update. Depend on hardware some features would be on, some off.

    wow what a surprised, THE BEST OS IN THE WORLD (claimed by some ppl) show poor growth, and THE WORST OS IN THE WORLD(guess what) get over 100Million download just about couple days, prove that ppl who used "the best" OS in the world event don't know that his/her phone get an update because its stupid hard to use OS LOL, what do you say?

      With google releasing os versions so fast. What would one expect to happen? Fragmentation! Thats what this is.

        this is normal, there is a lot of Android devices and a big percentage of these devices are low end devices which can't run more than Gingerbread
