Purported images of the LG Nexus phone leak

Device looks good but the internal storage is too small and no SD card or removable battery is a minus. We also have the Samsung GT-i9260 which might be the GNex 2. There is also the Motorola RAZR Occam device which was shown to be running Android 4.2 and could also be a Nexus device. And then there is the HTC X5 device with a 1080p HD screen rumored to be a Nexus X5 as well. I am excited and eager to see if we get one Nexus device or five as the rumor

i dont care about nexus phone. for me, galaxy note 2 is enough. all the best feature, galaxy note 2 have it.

Google has integrated the navigation controls at the bottom of the display once again" - It looks like countless other Androids too & where exactly would you have expected an earpiece to be?? In fact it looks nothing like the nexus as the nexus has very smooth rounded edges where as this had the classic LG squared design

"You can see the camera lens flush against the back with an LED flash (our guess would be an 8 megapixel sensor; anything more would have popped considerably out of the case)" - this doesn't even make sense as a statement. The amount of megapixels will have no effect on whether the camera "pops out" of the case or not. The physical size of the sensor would because that would determine the distance between the sensor & lens

And this happens to be the only LG phone I'm interested in. LG makes pretty good hardware. I don't care about the optimus g as I don't really trust LG with updates and software.

Can somebody tell me if Google releases Nexus phones only with new release of Android? I mean Galaxy Nexus was the first phone to run ICS, I can't remember anything about the older Nexus phone... so can someone tell if if that happens every time?

On the back of the phone it says "withGoogle"
this proves that its not a nexus, all the nexus phones (nexus one, s and galaxy nexus) has "Google" on the back
other android phone has "withGoogle" on there back

The first photos are the best way for google to get in patent war with apple ! again ! I have a galaxy nexus and I would only buy the next nexus phone if samsung made it ! I think calling the phone galaxy nexus 2 and making it by LG doesn't make sense to me

Those top and and bottom bezels seem massive.
BUT, if this phone a has a quad core Krait....then all is forgiven

With a nexus, Google takes care of the software and updates.

LG made a great effort to achieve this level above Samsung and Apple and this will be seen.
LG is not liked by some people because they listened to Samsung negative advertising for LG and this was not true!
LG iis now one step ahead of Samsung!

Its almost a year Galaxy Nexus was unveiled jointly by Google and Samsung on October 19, 2011 announcement but no next nexus device confirmed...

The second design is actually pretty sweet. LG is still a big NO-NO to me but I really have to give those guys some design credit. Hopefully battery life won't come out to be a huge turn off as it's usually the case with LG handsets. Mmmm... this sparkling back looks mighty tasty. Good job LG.
