Unless Nokia got a billion dollars from AT&T, this was not a smart move. People from all the carriers wanted the Lumia 920 and to box yourself in hole with AT&T only it was a terrible business decision. Good luck.

Nokia Lumia 920 is really standing out high above from the crowd. Indeed, This is the first time I have to pay attention to a breakthrough in smartphone technology since 2007 when Iphone version 1 came out. I have used and owned IOS, android, windows 7.5 phone. I believe windows phone will be the future ecosystem just like windows operate system. IOS has had it time since Steve Job introduced iphone in 2007, it is going to go back to where it is used to be, the Macintosh era b/c of its closeness (no OEM). Android is for the cheap, the hack, the root, the childplay. It is not secure enough for people to trust putting their credit card in their phone. Windows phone is close o.s., but it is OEM controlled. Windows phone is modern interface, secure, super fast without lagging like Android. Even I have double core cpu on my android phone, it is still lagging while with Lumia 900 single core, the windows phone is not lagging and much faster. Best of all, I trust windows phone enough to put my credit card on it.

I think a lot of people got really upset about the exclusive thing and post negative comments about Lumia 920. I feel your pain. If you really like the hero phone, why not pay for the unlocked Lumia 920. That is what I am going to do. Otherwise, you can watch other people using it and salivate ... I guess everyone has a choice.

I currently use Android Jelly Bean 4.12. It is buggy and suck. Can not wait to get Nokia Lumia 920. Any company can put in any cpu, large screen, large battery, wireless charge, OLED screen. However, no one... no one except Nokia can bring their pureview technology and City lens virtual reality navigation to smartphones. These are a large step above other companies even Apple.

Even after one year, there still will be no other phone with the Pureview camera qualities of the Lumia 920 and 808. The same counts for the augmented reality and map applications Nokia brings.
A word to some Nokia bashers here.
If you dont like Nokia, why are you taking so much effort to bash Nokia? Why not simply leave and keep you negative thoughts for yourself?
Or do you post bashing comments to serve the interests of competitor manufacturers, or maybe your own investing interests...

Google Just needs to set a min of 2GB RAM and Quadcores at 1.5GHz for future updates and that will keep it on top.
Make the single core of WP look old not android after
4.2 fixes.

Android is an ancient OS. It was not created for touchscreen. WP8 run on same Windows NT as Windows 8 which is very fast. Windows RT, I have seen from videos are very fast too. Android has most bugs that I have seen from a smartphone OS. It has random bugs everywhere. I even don't remember how many times I get random bugs with every Android OS update or custom roms update. Android slows down overtime. WP and iOS don't. It's like Android needs a defragmenter app.

I'm hope ms will put out the Surface windows phone 8 with stock os, first half next year. As for the 920. In six mouths no one will care at least I wouldn't.
