just received update. now my galaxy nexus is running on 4.2.1 and there is now December in contact event option, other things are still to discover. m from NEPAL.

Does it fix the 0 minute out going calls bug?
Ever since 4.2 I can't make outgoing calls properly!!!
A temporary fix is taking out and reinserting the SIM while the phone is still on. But it comes back after a couple of days...
Android Google people: please fix this ASAP!

December-gate fixed. Map-gate? Nope. Haha! To think that apple is known for timely updates. Apple should focus on the more critical update fixes rather than boast about those "200" new features that arent even noticeable.

I don't know why you complain so much... Here in Mexico it hasn't been officially announced yet, but it will surely be sold at around at 9,000 pesos (692.4 USD) for 8Gb version and 10,500 pesos (807.8 USD) for 16Gb. Tax are included... But damn, it's so unfair, considering that we are right next to the US...

nexus 4 costs 31k(approx 565 usd) in india for 16 gb minus earphones while galaxy S3's price is reduced to 33.5k(approx 605 usd) for 16 gb+ micro sd support of 64 gb... how come it is a cheaper phone compared to S3 or one X... nexus 4 is selling here at much much more price then expected... its a huge disappointment n therefore it wont sell much... a phone whose price varies by such a huge mark... google should never work again with LG... they should opt samsung, htc, sony or motorola for next nexus flagship...

There were a lot of little issues with 4.2 update, the most annoying was probably the autobrightness issue. I wonder if this update fixed them all.

I dont think so..even iOS has bugs and they get updates ios 5.1.1 5.1.2 etc..so there are a few devices with JB 4.2 and roms as well now they are the better version to work from this

Some settings of the old version can stay in conflict with something of the new one, so for a clean installation, you have to factory reset.
