I also had an HTC before. I also stopped using it due to defects. I admit though that HTC has the best design. For me it looks even better than apple. Samsung is only a far third. But of course, stability more important. So unless the defects are resolved, HTC will never compete with apple and samsung.

There´s no way I can not deny the biggest issue that HTC has is the batery. I´ve had 3 HTC devices and my permanent battle stars with batery.

But I can not deny that HTC-Android link is getting better and better (cry Apple lovers), Faster, good looking, easy to use, more feats and apps, well... I believe the sky is the limit!!!

I am looking forward to get the HTC Deluxe or Butterfly to confirm my comment.

This phone lacks UMTS 900 MHz band so there's no way it will be available internationally, at least not in most European countries in this version.

Jaime Rivera of Pocketnow says this Butterfly isn't really an international version but for Chinese market only.

                                Very confusing indeed.

I owned HTC Desire HD. This phone was released on same period with Galaxy S1. Both don't have ICS upgrade, but I don't know why a lot of people complain on Desire HD, why Galaxy S1 users don't complain at all about no ICS?

I hate Apple users, because they think they are creme de la creme. But now, I can sense that Samsung users are the same. They think they are the best, and all the rest are just junks.

Why consumers are so blind nowadays? or are they just getting paid for doing this internet hatred all over?

                                  Something fishy

puyu, 08 Dec 2012For all of you that complain about the battery, have you not... morei did, but i really don't know if there is an actual difference in perfonmance. i did a little research and it seems there is no actual difference between the two types.

and yes i would also prefer to see that this phone had a 2300-2500 battery. given it's footprint i think it's doable without (possibly) adding to it's waistline.

Htc ruined my One X with Sense 4.0+. Those idiots took out the 3D cube animation, took out 40 percent of w green active to blue. Turned off the scrollable bg on home screen and many more. If htc wanted to piss off their clients, they managed it big time. idgets (e.g 8 calc cool widgets has been replaced with two crappy white and wooden skins). Replaced
