EE UK to bring LTE coverage to 17 new cities by March 2013

EE has announced it will add 17 new cities to its 4G network by March 2013, added to the 18 this year.

oh and to all those moaning about the signal on 4gee what do u expect from it as its only just been launched it needs to fully develop 3g was the same when it was launched. and its the next generation network. ask urself who do u know that uses 2g?? 9 out of 10 will say nobody or the older generation the same will happen when 4g is fully developed 3g will be a thing of the future. 3g is now for the older generation. live for the future. its bright

    as for the price of 4gee it may look alot of money to pay but if u think about it all the plans come with unlimited calls and texts ok the internet may not be massive but its a great deal for the signal

        The current 4g EE coverage is very poor so I presume these new cities will have poor strength too. At one point in the UK, we were at the top of the game with mobile phone technology, we are way behind. This really iS a mega issue and really should be sorted asap.

            yes good idea. but by the time EE get all the uk covered. tech in the uk will be still be 10 years behind asia. as they have had 4g for years.

            shame but uk eventually gets there.

                what you guys dont realise is when voda and o2 bring out 4g ee will be ten steps ahead plus anyone who has bought an iPhone on o2 or voda will then have to buy it again as apple ran it to support on EE and not them

                                    The 4G is poor with EE. Vodafone & O2 will be getting a better spectrum that punches through walles much, much better.
