MCRL, 27 Dec 2012Funny thing is, since 2011 I see tons of similar post like ... moreI'm referring mostly to what they've done until now, BB build quality= flawless, Bbos features= comparable to symbian. As for business purposes windows phone is rising the flag nowadays, ios and android strongly compete also. They've survived? Good for them, but for long term success the big name alone is not enough

You Nail it Buddy, though I have a Android phone but I always end up using my Blackberry since I am a heavy texter, chat and email user. Simple gestures that make things done, the Security that RIM provides is why I stick at blackberry.

No arrow keys? WTH! I found that the arrow keys of my ChaCha is very useful, and without it it's painful to edit words even on large screen phone like Samsung S3 of my mum.

BB10....RISE!, 27 Dec 2012BB 10 is going to shock a lot of Apple fanboys & Google... moreNot sure what androod device youve NEVER used as i get 2 days out of my note2.Fact is blackberry are for chavs and people who dont know anything about a decent phone.Lack of functiins and apps should seal bb the the history books along with reliability issues. All you see is young kids standing on street corners with hoodies on bbminh each other instead of communcating like a normal person. And to say ive got bb messenger is sooo laughable when theres better free messaging apps now like whatsapp and most tariffs come with unlimited texts so whats the point?Hardley a key selling point.I doubt apple or android will be worried l,just take a look at chavberrys latest sales figures and that says it all.

Anyone that makes comments against Blackberry is similar to the iPhone bashers. If you don't like Blackberry, then don't buy them. People that use Blackberries appreciate the soft touch qwerty, superior e-mail and texting, and an operating system that allows for faster inputting than other platforms. Obviously, there must be something Blackberry is doing right if loyal users sacrifice less application options and a slower web browser. If these phones improve in these areas, you might see some android and iphone users switching. I would be surprised if the touchscreen model makes a big splash but anything is possible. I think the physical qwerty phones are their "bread and butter".

i really wish they'd start catching up im a big fan of the blackberry phones but lately they just dont seem to care what people want or need they need a fresh interface something thats more stable then there last and offer a greater range of style and still maintain there battery life leadership

Would be interesting to see these devices come out.

The current social hierarchy seems to point toward an iPhone/Android popularity with a rising, worthy competition in WP8.

Would be interesting especially, how this competes against WP8 - the touted fun/productivity platform.
