X, 13 Jan 2013Lol, the extensible memory is not usable for installing app... moreand you're complaining about MITM attacks on Nokia phones? that's for the S40 devices such as the Asha's. it's only an option for Lumia phones. why should Lumia owners use that where they can use IE10? you gotta be kidding me! and P.S., Nokia fixed it within TWO days. if you just read the blog carefully.

X, 13 Jan 2013Lol, the extensible memory is not usable for installing app... moreAnd even the mobile retailer here in Australia recommend the Lumia 920 than Samsung S3. "It is way better" they said. i was just unlucky that 920 is not available on Vodafone so i was PUSHED to S3. it's been only 2 months yet i can experience what they so-called "Project Butter" which indeed the reverse, like Rocky-road perhaps.

X, 13 Jan 2013Lol, the extensible memory is not usable for installing app... moreSeriously.. The Lumia 920 is on the top of the ratings on this site, and the sgs3 doesnt even get on top 10.

Android is a toy and people know this, but the specs and price can fool some people.

(this from using android for the last two years until i tried a 920. Waiting til my contract is up so I can chuck this piece of crap in the ground)...

AnonD-31621, 13 Jan 2013so? 5GB wasted memory? who cares about that? if these guys ... moreLol, the extensible memory is not usable for installing apps on WP8. So people with phones having 8GB of memory(large majority) or even less (HTC 8S with only 4 GB) are screwed.
And on top of than Nokia does MITM attacks on https on their browser(see http://blog.gsmarena.com/nokia-xpress-browser-found-to-decrypt-https-traffic/ - they had absolutely no business for doing that, and no matter what's their excuse, they are just crooks).
So choose: Nokia with all their problems or SGS 3 (with multi window now) with 2 minutes of lag(so you say) once in a lifetime!

so? 5GB wasted memory? who cares about that? if these guys have a L920 with 32GB on board? i don't think they WOULD CARE MUCH unlike you. when i went fishing last night my S3 hanged up for around 2mins and it took a while before i could use it normally again(it is when i got the JB update, never experienced it on ICS). you're not even a WP8 user yet you're here bashing like there is no tomorrow. go get one then try to experience it yourself then troll as much as you want if you can prove what you think is true. your words are irrelevant, just as you rely to forums and listen to hearsays.

Nokia is doing a great job but i think nokia must update those mobiles which were once most popular in the market but now running as backdated configuration (N8, E6, E7, N97 mini etc) also nokia must focus on the variety of symbian belle smartphones.

So what's your problem? no problem with your S3? of course it has Micro SD card so you won't probably notice that lost memory from your internals. why don't you just use your brain sometimes?
